A "boutique" hotel, perfectly located on the lower edge of the touristy part of the island. 2 minutes to bikini beach in the north, 5 to the restaurants etc. in the south. The staff were extremely helpful in pointing us in the best direction for meals, trips and general information. For diving, Maafushi Dive is next door, and for other trips we/they recommend Maldives Fellas or Shadowpalm. For meals, the nearby Velana beach was a significant cut above the rest (and we tried many) and Moonlight for drinks at the southern end is wonderful. Our room was right under the rooftop restaurant yet even being high season, noise was no issue at any time (which was my main concern based on some reviews). The room was always cleaned and fresh towels and water provided when requested. An excellent evening of chilled live music was a first for them while we were staying and very successful. Overall superb, and we'd definitely stay again.

What makes Lea spa great is its staff. Soon after meeting Mr. Musa at the jetty, you would know you are in good hands. The reception staff is very nice and friendly. One restaurant staff, Mr. Raju really stood out for us and we really loved his service and recommendations. The other restaurant staff was great too. From check in to check out, everything was well organized for us. We are glad to book the seaview room. The room is not only clean and spacious but the view is beautiful. Everything was same as picture of booking.com Breakfast was really good. They would mostly have the same item everyday with one or two items changed. The restaurant set up is very nice and ideal for watching the sunset. The restaurant food is priced reasonably, not the cheapest but definitely of good value when price and quantity is compared. Taste is good too. Maafushi is small and you cannot go wrong booking any place. Still, I think the location of lea spa is really great. It suited us well. Everything you need is 1 min away. The property also accepts card payment (except for transfer) although it says in booking.com that they only accept cash. It was a great advantage for us

Good facilities with a bathtub to relax. Sea view is quite impressive. Staffs are very friendly and supportive.

Was the most wonderful stay from start to finish. The location was seconds from the beach with a beautiful sea view from the room, hygienic and pleasant facilities, great breakfast & panorama terrace. Staff & owner were extremely helpful and went out of their way for us. Went above & beyond our expectations, highly recommend this gem of a property.

From the minute we arrived at this place until the minute we checked out, it was a very pleasant experience for us. We initially booked to stay for 4 nights and ended up extending our stay for an extra 5 nights. Staff - Sooooo friendly. Everyone took the time to talk to us, help us and answer any questions we have at all about our stay. The chef was kind to prepare us breakfast even though we were 1 hour late one morning. Jan (the owner) gave us a lot of tips about getting about and around the island. The receptionists, house keeping, and waiters were helpful and always smiling. They even went out of their way to get what we needed from the pharmacy due to a little water sports injury. Room - Amazing!!!!!! Spacious, cozy and urban vibes. We didn't get to enjoy rooftop terrace much due to weather but would have been an amazing spot for unset evenings! Location - located in the centre of the island, easy access to pretty much everything you could need. You get amazing view of the sea from certain rooms. Go and stay there!!!

Thank you so much Shiyaz for taking care of us for breakfast and lunch/dinner ! So kind and attentive, he’s a gem ! We will miss our stay and his service. Lovely boutique hotel, the sea view rooms are wonderful and few steps away from bikini beach !

Location was amazing. Everything needed was on walking distance. Very centric and, it was not noisy as other main parts of the island. Staff were great.

The room is exactly like in the pictures, spacious, clean, with a nice view from the balcony. Also the bathroom is big and nice. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. It is very closed to the public beach.
